I grew up in a country town near Wagga Wagga. I worked construction, then took a city desk job that went nowhere. I worked hard and still felt like I was going backwards.
Then I found high-ticket remote sales. I was coachable, I put in the reps, and inside 12 months I was earning more than I ever had.

What actually is a remote setter or closer?
Setters message or call warm leads and book them in for a sales call. Closers take those calls and help guide people into a program or service if it’s the right fit. You’re not cold calling or chasing strangers. If you prefer messaging, start as a setter. If you’re comfortable on calls, move into closing. Many people do both.
Do I need to find my own leads?
No. The business owner pays for the marketing and provides the leads and booked appointments. Your job is to guide the conversation and follow the structure.
How much can I earn?
Setters usually earn $4,000 to $10,000 per month (base plus commission, depending on the role). Closers typically earn $7,000 to $20,000+ per month on commission, with top performers bringing in $50,000 to $100,000 or more. Income is performance-based: the better you get at the skill, the more you earn.
Is placement guaranteed?
No one can honestly guarantee a job, because every business is different and every hire is a relationship.
